SEASON TICKET RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONS

Please take this opportunity to log in to your 'Shoes ticketing account and get familiar with its features and benefits.

 

Setting up your online account is easy! If you have never logged in to your account before, please follow the steps below.

 

If you are a current Shoes season ticket holder and have logged in before, please log in by clicking the Log In button above and proceed to Step 3.

STEP 1

Click the Reset Password button and type in your email address and click Submit.


This action will generate an email to you with a temporary password for you to use to enter your new Shoes ticket account. Once you receive the email with your temporary password, go to Step 2. 


STEP 2

Use your email address as your login and use the temporary password you just received to log in to your account.


Once you are logged in you will be asked to re-enter your current (temporary) password and will able to update your password.


Click Update  to change your password to one you will remember. You may also change your login by clicking on Edit next to My Information.


STEP 3
Please check the details in My Information to make sure everything is correct.  


You are now ready to click the Renew Season button and renew your season tickets. Once you click on the Renew Season button, you will see the Show Order button for your season tickets. Clicking the Show Order button will take you to your reserved season tickets.

Check to make sure your seat location and number of seats is correct and then click the Continue button to claim your seats. 


STEP 4

Click on Submit Order. You will be asked to securely check out with Square. Once you renew, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Tickets will be available for Print at Home or to add to your digital wallet at a later date.
