The 'Shoes Ticket Office is located in Robin Roberts Stadium in Springfield, Illinois.

Hours
The 'Shoes Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. The office will be closed during holidays and hours will vary during season. 

Payment Options
Season ticket payments can be made with cash, credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express), or check payable to the Springfield Lucky Horseshoes. 

 

Single game tickets purchases are available online or on site by credit card. Exact change is accepted for cash payments. 

No refunds or exchanges will be made unless an order cannot be fulfilled. Processing fees are non-refundable.

 

Processing Fees

Season ticket package charges are $5 per season ticket, online or through the box office.

 

All single game ticket prices include processing fees and taxes.

Ticketed Events

The Lucky Horseshoes host Prospect League baseball games at Robin Roberts Stadium, along with community based events year-round.

 

 

Admission Policy
Ticket holders are restricted to sitting in the location that appears on their ticket and agree to abide by facility and team policies, as well as state and federal laws. The Lucky Horseshoes reserves the right to revoke tickets by refund of purchase. No outside food and beverage, only small bags allowed and will be checked.

The 'Shoes maintain ADA seating at Robin Roberts Stadium. For information on accessible seating or accommodations, please contact the ticket office.
